CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Brent is the Chief Executive Officer, and is responsible for the oversight and strategic direction of International Cooling Tower group of and all its subsidiaries. Previously he was the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the company’s operations in Canada and the United States. Prior to joining ICT Brent held positions in marketing, manufacturing and operations for a multi-national construction and materials company. Brent has a Bachelor of Science Degree Civil Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As a seasoned financial professional with progressive experience, Gary provides strategic and operational services to project management and the executive team as well as leadership to HR and IT. Gary, a CPA, CMA since 2004, oversees all aspects of accounting and financial management of the ICT group of companies. Gary joined ICT in 2017, after spending 10 years as an Executive Vice President and CFO of an industrial construction company.
VICE PRESIDENT ENGINEERING
Brad is responsible for leading ICT’s engineering and estimating operations. He joined ICT in 1997 as a Project Engineer in Edmonton and has held numerous project, operational and management roles in the cooling tower sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a registered professional engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
DIRECTOR OF FABRICATION
As Director of Fabrication, Robert is responsible for the management our fabrication facility in the Phoenix, AZ area, financial management of revenues as well as implementing all of the corporation’s software and processes at the location including ERP system and estimating of project controls. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Memorial University, and is a registered professional engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
Chris is Vice President of Operations for ICT Industrial Inc. and an active member of ICT’s executive team. He joined ICT in October of 2017 and has 15 years of industry experience. He previous held the role as Construction Manager on several of the largest project developments in the Canadian Oil Sands. He holds a Bachelor degrees in Engineering and Business Administration, and is a registered professional engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and a registered Welding Engineer with the CWB.
DIRECTOR OF HEALTH SAFETY & QUALITY
VP / GM
USA AND GULF COAST Region
Bringing over 30+ years in the industry, Mark is the VP / GM for ICT’s US operation, and the General Manager of the local Gulf Coast Operations. He oversees daily business operations, providing direction and guidance to office and field personnel and maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, developing and implementing growth strategies for the companies aftermarket and maintenance business.
West, midwest & East Regions
As General Manager for the United States – West, Midwest and East Regions, Mike is responsible for the business development, sales, and execution of company’s projects and maintenance accounts in the area. He joined ICT in 2015 having spent 10 years in both the aviation and oil & gas sectors. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology as well as numerous contractor’s licenses (NASCLA) throughout the United States.
VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
As Vice President of New Business Development, Dumont leads business development for EPCs, international and key accounts. Having joined ICT in 2010, he has over 20 years of experience in the cooling tower industry and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Mary Washington. He has held various positions including Applications Engineer, Project Manager, Product Development Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager and Sales Manager.
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
Aaron began his career with ICT in 2009 and has worked his way through the ranks from a Journeyman Carpenter to Director of Construction. He is responsible for the overall construction activities in the Gulf Coast Region and the Greater US. His field perspective and attention to detail has earned him the respect of his staff and his clients. His innovation has helped to develop different building techniques and has been crucial in the success of Modular constructed cooling towers. Aaron holds multiple certifications along with an Associate of Applied Science degree.
As an Account Manager, Tye’s role involves business development, sales and execution of aftermarket and maintenance accounts throughout the Gulf Coast region. He joined ICT in 2018 bringing over a decade of experience in the cooling tower industry. Tye pries himself on his abilities to implement new process improvement strategies to further streamline communication through all areas of the business.
Nayeli joined ICT in 2021 and serves as the HR Generalist for the Greater US. Her responsibilities include ensuring compliance with US ICT policies, administering the company’s health and 401K benefits for eligible employees and assisting with ICT’s recruitment efforts and new employee onboarding. Nayeli also assists the Operations team by establishing procedures and initiatives for HR functions. Nayeli holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science.
MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS
As Project Director, Shaun is responsible for the oversight of the large capital projects throughout Canada and the USA. Ensuring that ICT’s projects are completed safely, high quality and within budget. He liaises with our clients to ensure expectations are understood, stakeholders concerns are addressed in a timely fashion and communication with department and senior management ensures our project teams are being supported. Shaun joined ICT in 2020 having spent 20+ years in industrial fabrication, modularization and construction in the oil & gas, power and mining sectors.
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Jeff is responsible for leading ICT’s sales and account management efforts throughout Canada. He joined ICT in 2006 as a field hand and worked his way up to a Supervisor role, executing projects in both Canada and the USA. In 2015 Jeff joined our Gulf Coast Team as the Maintenance Account Manager overseeing the day to day activities for our embedded maintenance accounts before returning to Canada in 2017. Jeff’s construction experience has helped him to successfully navigate duties ranging from estimating through to project management.
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Steven is responsible for development of new and established opportunities in Eastern Canada, and several U.S. states. His responsibilities include the pursuit of new business opportunities and the continuing service and development of existing accounts within these territories. Steven has over 30 years of varied experience in the cooling tower and related construction industries.
