Roof Top Cooling Tower
100% of the structure, fill, and eliminators were replaced in this tower to renew its 25 year life. The elevator was used, saving the owner the cost of helicopters, re–piping, and new motor control as would be required with a new tower.
Institutional Cooling Tower
These film–filled counterflow towers replace several smaller undersized steel towers. A plumbing and motor control maze is greatly reduced.
