ICT’s greatest asset, a professional, experienced and motivated team dedicated to the success of our company and the satisfaction of our customers.

ICT employs a core group of 65 full time personnel (engineers, technicians, accountants, field supervisors, safety/QA professionals, managers,etc.) and up to 250 field technicians as projects dictate.

Project supervisors and foremen have formal training and a minimum of 10 years hands-on cooling tower experience, with many having been with ICT for over 25 years. Formal qualifications include Trade certification, Cooling Tower Technician College Program and current safety cards for the many safety courses pertinent to our activities and the industries we serve.

Our supervisors and foreman are the key to the quality workmanship and jobsite safety that our customers have longappreciated from ICT projects.
