Head Office: 8000 sq. ft. office, engineering & accounting

Warehouse: 6000 sq. ft. with OEM cooling tower components and parts (gear drive bearings, seals, gears, valves, driveshafts, bushings, hardware, etc.).

Assembly & Repair Shop: 12,000 sq. ft. building with over head crane for: Gear drive repairs—complete overhaul/repair capabilities by certified technician. Driveshaft service—re–tubing, straightening & dynamic balancing. Fan repair/rebuild—fiberglass blade repairs, NDT testing, re–manufacturing, static/moment balancing, leading edge protection, etc. Fan cylinders, valve assembly, staging area, etc.

Carpenter Shop: 3000 sq. ft. wood fabrication shop, equipped with boring machines, saws, etc. for component fabrication and assembly.

Storage Yard: 6 acres inventoried with cooling tower grade lumber, fill, grid, eliminators, fans, etc.

Welding Shop: 1800 sq. ft. shop with certified welding technicians: torque tubes, hub repairs, ladders, mechanical frames.

Business Partners: ICT’s exclusive manufacturing partners have been with us for over 20 years and are an integral part of ICT’s capabilities and resources. They include:

• 3 acre fully equipped lumber fabrication facility
• 14,000 sq. ft. machine shop for mechanical repairs
• 4000 sq. ft. fiberglass lay-up shop
• 12,000 sq. ft. plastic injection molding facility
• 4 acre steel fabrication facility
